Discover the engineering advantages that set the AT27 ED-UL apart - and keep your operations running at peak performance.
Reliable insulation, proper grounding, short-circuit protection, and high-voltage durability to prevent failures and electric shocks.
Certified materials reduce fire risks, prevent overheating, and minimize sparks and arc flash hazards.
Strong enclosures, impact-resistant designs, and protection from environmental factors like dust, moisture, and temperature changes.
During the full production cycle and development of AT27 ED-UL allows optimization of the heat dissipation of each component, achieving a high-efficiency level - more than 97% Control of the cooling fans rotation speed depending on transformer temperature and IGBTs reduces power consumption at low power. Motor speed control allows optimization of energy consumption for production process needs.
State-of-art algorithms guarantee the non-stop process even with 100% drops in supply voltage. In this case, AT27 ED-UL operates in the control mode of DC-bus voltage value at the capacitors.
Automatic restart with the following “catch of the fly” function of the rotating motor (in both directions of rotation) ensures minimal losses on restarting the AT27 ED-UL.
The AT27 ED-UL achieves a compact design through an innovative multi-winding phase-shifting transformer and advanced power component engineering, optimizing the drive's overall dimensions. Its enclosure allows for one-sided maintenance, enabling flush-to-wall installation that significantly saves valuable floor space and reduces deployment time.
