Discover the engineering advantages that set the AT24 SR apart - and keep your operations running at peak performance.
The system constructs both surface and plunger dynamometer cards using only pump jack geometry data and motor torque information, eliminating the need for a polished rod load sensor.
Includes algorithms for performing the balancing procedure for the SR mechanism to optimize pump jack operation and minimize energy losses.
Provides essential safety features, including protection against rod breakage, gearbox tooth failure, and fluid pound avoidance, preventing costly downtime.
Features a built-in database that eliminates the need for manual input of technical data; the user simply specifies the pumpjack model and manufacturer.
Operates reliably across a wide temperature spectrum, ranging from -40 °C to +50 °C (-40°F to +122°F), without requiring power reduction (with options).
Utilizes dynacard analysis to automatically determine the pump fill level and select the optimal pumping speed to maintain the specified or maximum production rate.
Equipped with built-in Wi-Fi, allowing users to remotely monitor status, analyze archived dynamometer cards, and perform configuration without physical access.
Look inside the AT24 SR to see how smart design becomes real-world performance, efficiency, and uptime.
