Polina Denisenko holds a position of a Deputy Commercial Director in Triol Corporation. She began her career in Triol back in 2012. Since then she worked on many posts, namely Purchasing Manager, Head of logistic department, Head of marketing department, Export Sales Team Leader and finally was promoted to the current position. Having gained so much of valuable expertise and experience, Polina is a leader and a role model for all of her employees, as well as a reliable partner to all of Triol’s Customers!
Mariia Ternovska is a Head of Export Sales Department and has been working at Triol since August, 2014. Her responsibilities include the following: forming the company's marketing strategy towards the new geographical markets; expanding Triol business on export markets, developing projects in the Middle East, LATAM, USA, SEA in the artificial lift market segment; building the foundation of long term business relationships with new partners in our regions of activity; developing the policies for new products needed to tackle the new markets, through constant communication with our R&D until the successful launch of new product lines of variable speed drives and switchboards for electric submersible pump (ESP) control. Based on the area of her expertise and having a Master Degree in Finance from Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics, she managed to accomplish a lot of challenges at Triol Corporation. Among her achievements are forming of the three separate sales groups (based on regions), strengthening the human resources of the department (increase in staff quantity and quality), entering the Chinese market, expanding of the lineup of serial products.
Andrii Vorotinsev is a Sales Team Leader for CIS region. He joined Triol in 2012 and since then promoted the Corporation to the new markets, launched big projects in Uzbekistan and Ukraine, implemented the pilot solution on automation of city’s water supply system based on Triol’s products. Andrii’s main tasks are management of the CIS (excl. Russia) Sales Department and implementation of our products and solutions on this market. His technical experience makes him a very valuable team member as well. Andrii Vorotinsev graduated from Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute, took part in the development of the first VFD’s in the CIS. Since 1994, he deals with development, implementation and sales of energy-saving solutions in industrial sector, automation of industrial facilities.
Anton Shkolnyi is an Export Sales Team Leaderoration for MENA region. He has a long track record in the field of engineering. In 2012, Anton held a position of a design engineer and a short time later, he headed the department of VSD development. It resulted in VSD line extension with NEMA / NEMA4X enclosures. His team developed and implemented an effective calculation cooling system of VSD. He joined Export Sales Department in 2014. He describes himself as a “sales guy” and you can understand why, as his main target is to sell equipment that Triol produces. Also, as the Export Sales Team Leader, Anton needs to control all business processes between Triol Corporation and its customers from MENA countries (such as agreement signing, equipment shipping, etc.). He is an expert on getting new purchase orders, and finding new projects and products. Anton Shkolnyi has acquired higher education in Aerospace engineering.
Yaroslav holds a position of Account Manager in MENA region. He joined Triol Corporation in 2015. His main responsibilities are the following: research and build strong relationships with new clients; present company's services and enhance existing relationships, identify opportunities for campaigns, products and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales, work with technical staff, seeking out and identifying new business opportunities; conduct client presentations and negotiations and many others. As a professional salesman Yaroslav achieved several impactful results working at Triol. There are first orders for TM01-06, 18-pulse VSD and first steps of Triol into India &China markets among his accomplishments. Yaroslav graduated Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics and has Master’s degree in Radio Engineering, also he acquired Master’s degree in Information Technology (Mobile Computing), University of Jyväskylä (Finland).
Anya Zolotareva Joined Triol Corporation in September, 2016 and currently works as a Client Support Specialist. She has purposefulness, stress-resistance, high degree of responsibility, punctuality, sociability, honesty, business ethics and diligence, which make her a valuable specialist and a good business partner. Anya Zolotareva is a professional in teamwork due to her well-recognized organizational skills. Her ability to analyze large amounts of information, discipline and accuracy result in high working efficiency. Anya holds a Master's diploma with honors in psychology from V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University.
Anton Kolesnychenko joined Triol Corporation in 2015 as an Account Manager. At the end of 2016, he got a new position of an Export Sales Team Leader in North and South American region. The main goal of Anton’s new team is to develop sales and implement Triol’s marketing strategy through the region. He has over 7 years of in-depth sales and marketing experience in the external economic activities and 3 years in oil and gas industry making technical webinars and meeting all of the world-known oil and gas companies. Anton gained his previous experience working in the biggest CIS manufacturer of the hydraulic system components for agricultural and construction machinery. As an exhibitor, Anton Kolesnychenko participated in the majority of the global events in China, the USA, Brazil, South Korea, France, Germany, Malaysia, India, Ecuador. Anton holds a Bachelor Degree in system programming from Kirovograd National Technical University.
Artem Amelin holds a position of an Account Manager. Having graduated from Kharkiv National Radiotechnical College with honors and later from Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics with a Master’s degree in electrical engineering, Artem contributed to Triol Corporation in many ways. Since the beginning of his career at Triol in 2013, he commissioned the first SWB in Kuwait and provided the first Triol’s training courses for foreign engineers. Together with the team of designers, he developed a new product for Artificial Lift System series – AK06 NEMA4 and NEMA4X for permanent magnet and induction motors types. His main responsibilities are the following: identification of the key clients and products in the company's market segments in the USA and LA, as well as the key technical requirements for the equipment on new markets; participation in the development of product policies for new markets and in products commissioning; arranging and holding the meetings with potential clients; providing training courses for the clients’ engineers on how to operate the equipment.
Gene holds a position of an Account Manager in North & Latin America region. He joined Triol in 2017 and has already shown his potential and proficiency. With a huge experience in selling electronics on different markets Gene is an ideal member of Triol sales team. Having over 20 years of “hands-on” and “from the ground up” experience in developing sales and marketing strategies Gene perfectly applies his sales skills in developing new business contacts. Gene maintains relations with leading Energy and Servicing companies introducing Triol latest solutions for Artificial Lift and Alternative Energy segments. Gene takes part in introducing Triol and its products to a major Energy company in the US, developing future strategies for the USA market.
Marietta Avanesian is a Client Support Specialist. She is truly a pioneer in our team. Having joined Triol Corporation in 2013, she was one of the originators of Export Sales department. Marietta also participated in finding the first customer and partner in the US, secured the dispatch of the first VSD’s to the US. More to it, she took part in organization of the first two export exhibitions in Canada and China. Areas of Marietta’s expertise include search of new clients on the markets of the US and Latin America, initial negotiations, deals’ paperwork and supervision of the products shipment. Marietta Avanesian has a degree in International Economics from Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics and speaks 7 languages.
Oleg Kozak joined Export Sales Department as an Account Manager in 2016. He particularly specializes in developing the market of Asia Pacific Region through participation in local tenders and projects. His goal is to find partners for Triol and cooperate with them by promoting our products, thus, maintaining Triol business, increasing sales and generating cash flow. Regardless of being with Triol Corporation for only small period of time, Oleg’s achievements will impress you. Thanks to his effort, Triol Corporation launched its first sales of VSD's and DMS's to China. Oleg plays a big part in developing the business in Indonesia by supplying VSD’s for on-going project. He is also responsible for testing of LESP’s in China, as well as testing of gauges and LESP’s in Indonesia, which are now being conducted in these states. Oleg is a leading specialist in the Triol Corporation on the South-East Asia and India region. He holds Master degrees in Marketing Management and in Finance.
Elena Kuzmenko is an Account Manager at Triol Corporation since 2016. Her target region is the South-East Asia. Elena gained huge experience working as an Export sales manager in the construction industry (Formwork and Scaffolding) at the Middle East. She successfully took over the experience from the previous place of work in identifying and attracting key market players, turning them into regular customers. In addition, she successful masters a project calculation: from production to shipment and constant customer support on accompanying documentation. So, now she is an expert in building relationships with the involved and the existing customers and partners, as well as in developing cooperation with new clients. Elena also manages supplier’s rating and products. Elena Kuzmenko acquired higher education from Kharkiv National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute".
Roman Korniiuk is a Client Support Specialist at Triol Corporation since 2016. He mainly focuses on cooperation with the South-East Asia region, namely with China and Indonesia. In addition, he has experience working with clients in the UAE. Roman is responsible for keeping up-to-date the status of the projects and orders, preparing all the necessary documentation for current shipments, arranging meetings, securing the manufacture and the export of the equipment to the countries of the region. He acquired a Bachelor degree in Geodesy, Cartography and Land Surveying from the Kharkov National University of Urban Economy.
Nikolay Surmin is an Account Manager in Triol. He joined Triol Corporation in April 2017. Having a wide range of qualification such as: Master of Business Administration, UAS Fachhochschule Technikum Wien, Vienna (Austria), Radio electronic systems engineer, National Aviation University, Kharkov (Ukraine) he has a long track record in business relations with customers all over the world and participation in international tenders in construction and energy generation fields. Nikolay is in charge of building relationships in the European market. Nikolay was also in charge of entering Canadian market and first clients acquisition.
Vasiliy Kravtsov works in Triol since 2013. He began his way in the Corporation as a field engineer, was promoted to the head of the development team of engineers and service center, and then became an Account Manager. He can find the right technical solution for a given requirements specification in the target date and for the best price! And it is proved by his achievements: automation and stabilization of the production of oil and gas mixture for Ukrnafta with Triol VSD’s and DMS’s, conclusion of the first in Ukraine service contract for Krivbassvodokanal, ramping up the well in Canargo (Georgia) and the launch of the first batch of Triol DMS’s in Azerbaijan. Vasiliy also provides training on working with Triol VSD’s. Vasiliy Kravtsov got two Diplomas in Economic Cybernetics and in Telecommunications Technologies and Means from Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics.
Dmitriy Sevriuk started as an engineer of the project for the development of a high-voltage VFD in 2011, and then moved forward to become the head of the group for the development of VFD. He currently works at Triol Corporation as Client Support Specialist, servicing such regions as Uzbekistan and Russia. Dmitriy contribution to Triol is cherished even higher due his Master’s Diploma in Energy Management and Bachelor’s Diploma in Unconventional Energy Sources from Kharkiv National Aerospace University.
Olga Yurganova is a Sales support specialist in Commercial department since September, 2016. Her previous achievements include: participation in the introduction and testing of the internal control and audit system, automated enterprise management system in Kharkiv branch of “Kyivstar” JSC”, for which she was nominated and awarded "Employee of the Year" in the annual competition; optimization and improving the efficiency of procurement, processes of interaction with suppliers in a private wooden house construction enterprise; development of the procedure of settlements with dealers, calculation and payment of commission in a private outwear manufacturing enterprise. Olga Yurganova has degrees in Construction Engineering from Kharkov National Automobile and Highway University, in International Economic Relations from V.N.Karazin Kharkоv National University. Olga is a volunteer of the environmental movement, the organizer and participant of the 2015 climate march in Kharkov dedicated to the United Nations Climate Change Conference, COP 21.
Sergii Kostiuk began his career at Triol Corporation in December, 2009, and joined Commercial Department as a Technical Support Engineer in 2016. Now, he holds a position of Service Team Leader. He has gained a lot of experience previously working in the Quality Department and leading a lot of projects. Thanks to this, he knows everything about the Triol equipment. He provides customer service solving technical issues, processing incoming requests, preparing sales projects and commercial proposals. Sergii also guides pilot tests, conducts trainings for client’s personnel, stages products manufacturing, and provides products and parts production support. Among his accomplishments is the launch of two oil wells in Egypt. Sergii holds a Master's diploma in radio engineering from Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics.
Andrey Kozlov holds a position of Technical Support Engineer in North and South American region. He joined Triol Corporation in 2009. Since 2009 Andrey held different positions: Software engineer (IND software development), senior software engineer (IND software development, software architect, PMM algorithms), software development team leader (UMKA-03, IND software development), head of VSD development teams (cabinets, electronic units, software etc.) Andrey’s main achievement is the development of AT24 and AK06 software. Having such a wide range of skills and experience in Triol equipment makes Andrey perfect Technical Support Engineer. Andrey has a degree of the electronic engineer with specialization in “electronic devices”, Kharkov national university of radio electronics and Reserve officer with specialization in “Helicopters and engines”.
Aleksandr joined Triol Corporation in 2009. Working for almost ten years he gained a lot of experience developing Triol products which makes him a high-qualified specialist. He is a competent expert in question of design and production, equipment tests and programming. His main responsibilities are the following: Customer’s support and assistance in all kinds of questions regarding adjustments, troubleshooting and repairs, implementation and af-tersales services of Triol equipment all over the world. Aleksandr has a degree in Electric Motor Drives development.
