Within the warranty period

If upon investigating the origin of a product failure, our experts detect any production defects, changes will be made free-of-charge as discussed and agreed upon with the corresponding managers.

 

After the warranty period has ended

For instance, we may adjust and repair products similar to ours but which are produced by other companies (Customers must provide the necessary documentation in such situations). Support can be provided via:

  • A company representative visit at the customer's facilities;
