The intelligent variable frequency drive specifically designed for 3-phase electrical submersible pumps (ESP) in oil field operations. General Description
Main Features and Benefits:
Specifications
Triol AK06-ASPED model range
Functionality
The operator has a choice of the following start-up modes:
The flying start is applied when the load on the pump (turbine rotation) causes its counter-rotation. The Triol AK06 smoothly reduces the pump motor speed and then reverses it to the forward direction without overcurrent. This mode allows to immediately restart the ESP rather than having to wait for oil to drain into the pipe and turbine rotation to end.
Shaking is applied in response to increased pump vibration due to a possible residue buildup on its impellers.
Triol AK06-ASPED provides the following protections:

AK06-ASPED
Triol AK06-ASPED VFD. The variable frequency drive is intended to control and protect electric submersible pumping units (ESPU) with a nominal power from 16 kW to 1450 kW. Intellectual operating modes increase oil yield, decrease power consumption and reduce downtime of oil well equipment. |
